How to Reset Your ZAP Transaction PIN

To reset your ZAP transaction PIN, follow these steps:

1. Forgot PIN:

   • On the page where you enter your Transaction PIN, click on “I forgot my PIN”.

2. Input OTP:

   • An OTP will be sent to your registered phone number. Enter the OTP and click Continue.

3. Set New PIN:

   • You’ll be taken to the page where you set your new PIN. Input the new PIN and click “Continue”.

4. Confirm New PIN:

   • Type in your new PIN once again to confirm it, then click “Continue”.

5. Set Up Biometrics (Optiona):

   • Set up your biometrics for an extra layer of security.

With these steps, you’d have successfully reset your transaction PIN.
