How to close your Zap account

You can close your Zap account at any time by following these steps:

1. Log In to your Zap Account: Access your Zap account.

2. Navigate to Account Page: Go to your Account page.

3. Initiate Closure: Click on the “Close Account” button at the bottom of the screen.

4. Confirm Closure: Confirm you want to close your account by clicking on the “Close Account” button.

Note:

• Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to it.

• Where possible, all personal data will be destroyed or anonymized.

• In compliance with applicable laws and statutory obligations, certain personal data (KYC) and transaction data will be retained to meet legal requirements. For more details on our retention practices, please visit our Privacy Notice page.
