How to Link or Unlink Your Card on ZAP
To send money to your beneficiaries using ZAP, you must either top up your ZAP balance, link your card, or link your bank account.
Note: This feature will be available soon.
Here’s how to link your card to your ZAP account:
Go to Your Account Page:
Open your ZAP app and navigate to the Account page.
Select “Link a Card”:
Tap the Link a Card option.
Enter Your Card Information:
Input your card details and click PAY NGN 50.
Successful Linking:
If the payment is successful, you will receive a “Card Linked Successfully” message. Tap Done to complete the process.
Failed Linking:
If the payment fails, you will receive a “Card Linking Failed” message and have the option to retry.
View Linked Cards:
On your Account page, you can see a list of cards linked to your ZAP account.
How to Unlink a Card
Go to Your Account Page:
Open your ZAP app and tap the Profile Icon in the top left corner to access the Account page.
Select the Card:
Choose the card you want to unlink.
Unlink the Card:
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap "Unlink this Card" to remove it from your profile.
Confirm the Action:
A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm to complete the unlinking process.
Note: Once unlinked, the card will be completely removed from ZAP. To use it again, you will need to redo the linking process.
