Zap Rewards: FAQs + Terms & Conditions

Zap Rewards is a limited-time offer that helps customers save money when they pay with Zap. Depending on the merchant, Zap Rewards is offered in one of two ways:

• Instant discounts, applied before you confirm payment

• Cashback, credited to your Zap wallet after payment

All Zap Rewards offers are time-bound, limited each day, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Below is a breakdown of how Zap Rewards works across different participating merchants.

Zap is offering an instant discount for customers paying at select participating merchants — Selar and Tix.africa, as well as Foodshack, Glazes and Ganache, and Milk and Honey via Zappie — using Pay with Zap on Paystack Checkout.

During the campaign period from December 15 to December 29, eligible customers can get ₦2,000 off when they spend ₦10,000 or more and complete payment using Zap. Discounts are limited each day and available to the fastest qualifying users.

Customers must be using the latest version of the Zap app to participate.

To enjoy the discount:

• Make a purchase of ₦10,000 or more at an eligible participating merchant.

• Select Pay with Zap at Paystack Checkout and follow the prompt to open the Zap app.

• The ₦2,000 discount is automatically applied in the Zap app before you confirm payment.

This offer is open to new and existing Zap users.

Discounts are applied automatically in the Zap app before payment is confirmed when users select Pay with Zap.

The campaign runs from Monday, December 15 at 12:00 AM to Monday, December 29 at 11:59 PM, or until the daily discount allocation is exhausted.

Each user may redeem this discount once per participating merchant during the campaign period. The discount may be combined with other promotions offered by the participating merchant, provided the final checkout amount is ₦10,000 or more.

The Zap discount can be used alongside other sales or promotions offered by participating merchants, as long as the final checkout amount is ₦10,000 or more.

Zap Rewards is also offering a cashback deal for customers shopping on Jumia during the campaign period from December 15 to December 29, 2025.

Eligible customers who pay for their Jumia orders using Zap can earn ₦5,000 cashback when they spend ₦20,000 or more. This applies to bank transfer payments made at online checkout or on delivery.

To qualify for cashback:

• Make a purchase of ₦20,000 or more on Jumia and select either Pay online with Bank Transfer or Pay on Delivery at checkout.

• If you choose Pay online with Bank Transfer, complete the transfer immediately using the Zap app. If you choose Pay on Delivery, use the Zap app to make the transfer at the point of delivery to the Jumia-provided account number.

• Once payment is confirmed, ₦5,000 cashback will be credited to your Zap wallet within 7 business days, if your transaction qualifies.

This offer is open to new and existing Zap users in Nigeria who are on Tier 1 or above.

Cashback is credited to the user’s Zap wallet within 7 business days after a successful qualifying payment.

The campaign runs from Monday, December 15 at 12:00 AM to Monday, December 29 at 11:59 PM, or until the daily cashback allocation is exhausted.

Each user can redeem this cashback offer once during the campaign period.

Zap cashback can be earned alongside other Jumia sales or discounts, provided the final checkout amount is ₦20,000 or more.

Zap by Paystack and participating merchants reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Zap Rewards offer where required by law, or in cases of fraud, technical issues, or depletion of allocated reward stock.
